Executive Proofs and File Copies
Examples in this collection were primarily used as production proofs for Donruss/Leaf/Pinnacle and its contributors. Executive Proofs - also called Executive Master Proofs - were used much like file copies from 1996 to 1998 by the DLP Corporation and are distinguished by a serial number that has been X'd out. Similarly, from that late 1990s until bankruptcy, the Fleer Corporation created file copies for internal use, identifiable by a zeroed-out serial number.
